|Bo Reed is Senior Corporate Counsel with Solar Turbines Incorporated in San Diego, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. His current areas of responsibility include commercial litigation, global trade compliance and logistics, antitrust, government affairs, intercompany arrangements and compliance training. Previously, Bo served as the Manager of Solar’s Contracts Department, and provided legal support (primarily transactional) for Solar’s commercial operations worldwide.|
Vice Chair: Aron Davidson—Booz Allen Hamilton
|Aron Davidson is a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, a strategic consulting and technology firm, and works in International Program Management. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Government Business Development for a global language and business services company. Previously, he worked for the US Commerce Department as an International Trade Specialist focusing on Government Procurement and NAFTA compliance issues in the Western Hemisphere. Aron has been an active member of the SDIDEC since 2009.|

|Matt Andersen has served as Director of the U.S. Commerce Department’s San Diego Export Assistance Center since August 1997. Matt also served as the Director of the USDOC San Francisco office for two years. In Washington D.C., he served as Program Manager for the International Trade Administration’s Technology and Aerospace offices, and as a Planning Specialist for the Office of the Secretary of Commerce.|

|Mark J. Ballam serves as managing director of San Diego State University Center for International Business Education and Research (SDSU CIBER), a national center of excellence. He is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of the Center and oversees administration and management including budget, resources, advocacy, and communications programs. Mark serves as an elected member of the National DEC Steering Committee. He is a member of the World Trade Center San Diego Board of Directors.|
